We are taking are safe & proper precautions when fulfilling and processing merchandise handling. Online orders typically take between 2 to 3 business days to be processed. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. You should receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
We ship with USPS Priority Mail/First Class mail and shipment can take up to 5-7 business days, please be mindful of COVID-19 delays. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours to 48 hours for approval. Also, remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. You are welcome to contact us after the 10th shipping day with questions regarding your order. One of our Glitter Agents will contact you with a follow-up email or phone call if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for shipping.
